Brief Introduction to the Enterprise

     Kunming Changwei Scientific Instruments Plant is a manufacturing enterprise of geotechnical monitoring instruments integrated with research and development, production and manufacturing, equipment installation. The said Plant sticks to the policy of stable product quality, leading performance and top service.
     Established in 1985 and in order to adapt to the needs of development, Qujing Yinhe Scientific Instruments Plant of the Institute of Sinohydro Bureau 14 was relocated in Kunming in 2005 and renamed as Kunming Changwei Scientific Instruments Plant of the Institute of Sinohydro Bureau 14.
     Stable Quality: subject to examination and approval by China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd., ISO9001-2000 Certification of Quality Management System was passed in 2001 and after checking by China National Technological Supervision Bureau, Production Permit of Nationwide Industrial Products, Measurement Conformity Certificate and Manufacturing Permit on Measuring Apparatus.
     Leading Performance: the aforesaid Plant has always devoted to researching and manufacturing of monitoring instruments applied in geotechnical engineering since its establishment, and through cooperation with institutions of higher education and research institutes, the Plant has developed new steel-string type geotechnical monitoring instruments based on digestion and absorption of advanced technologies both at home and abroad. The above filled in the domestic vacancy and as a result of this, the Plant was awarded four national patents. The monitoring instruments are characterized by reasonable structure, high sensitivity, reliable performance, long service life, far transmission distance, no special requirements on cable, strong anti-interference and output signal beneficial to data processing and automatic treatment and other advantages.
